Common Questions
Can I send a senior manager instead of attending myself?
The BCI diagnosis and 90-Day Roadmap require decisions only the business owner or a founder with full authority can make. Sending a delegate typically produces an incomplete output. If you run a partnership or have a co-CEO, both can register at the per-person rate.
What do I need to prepare or bring?
Nothing specific — just your knowledge of your business and a willingness to think critically about it. A notebook or laptop is useful. All workshop materials, including the BCI assessment tool, are provided on the day.
What happens after the workshop?
You leave with your completed 90-Day Roadmap, ready to implement. MRT provides post-session support materials, and you will have the option to continue with the Structure Scaler programme for deeper support, or subscribe to Digital Advisors for ongoing advisory access.
Can I transfer or get a refund if I cannot attend?
Your registration can be transferred to the next monthly session at no cost if you notify us at least 5 working days before the event. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date. After that, transfers only. Contact us at [email protected].
Is payment required at registration?
Payment is required to confirm your seat. Bank transfer details are provided immediately after you register. Your seat is held for 48 hours pending payment confirmation. For corporate bookings of 3 or more seats, contact us directly to arrange invoicing.
