Twenty-five questions across all 8 Core Structures of your business. You receive a numeric score showing exactly where the structural gaps are — not where you feel they are. Included in your ₦150,000 fee.
8 Core Structures Training
Every exercise uses your actual numbers, staff, and operations — your business is the case study. You are not learning about structure in the abstract. You are diagnosing yours.
Gap Analysis
Using your BCI score, the session identifies the two or three structural gaps costing you the most at your current stage. You leave knowing which problems to solve first — and which ones to stop prioritising.
Build Your 90-Day Priority Roadmap
A written, prioritised action plan completed before you leave the room. Not a slide deck. A document with your name on it, structured around your three highest-priority gaps, with specific actions and a sequence.
A working session, not a seminar.
Every exercise uses your own business as the raw material. You arrive with your problems. You leave with your roadmap.
